Habuild - check it out!

I started to write about Past Life Regression and how it can help us heal some deep seated samskaras. And on this journey I chanced upon some new self-help resources.

International yoga day is celebrated globally on 21st June, and I have been fortunate enough to be able to participate in this event since 2021. This year I joined Habuild, https://habit.yoga/  and thought of sharing my experience for any other seeker looking for a different kind of yoga which can easily become integral to their daily life.

The founder is a IIT BHU pass out, who found his passion helping bring yoga to every doorstep, a little differently. It started during the covid lockdown time and has now spread far and wide creating world records. The reason for his popularity is more than the ease of access. He offers yoga and much more; ways to live a fuller life. These ways caught my interest!  The first 3 weeks are free which is a good chance for the curious seeker to experiment and make an informed decision.

HABUILD is a technology-enabled platform that helps people build sustainable habits. The platform helps people adopt a healthy lifestyle by cultivating good habits such as Yoga as well as by promoting physical and mental well-being. Habuild teaches yoga the traditional way, and also offers ‘chair yoga’ for those who cannot practice the traditional way. The classes are at 6 different times in a day, three in the morning and three in the evening. We can join any batch and more than one batch too if we wish. The class lasts 45minutes and very well paced, starting with breathing, flexibility and gently introduces the more difficult asanas.

Apart for Asanas the practitioner has access to a plethora of informative videos ranging from eating habits, sleeping habits, different therapies which can be included in our daily yoga, like laughter therapy, tapping technique, clapping therapy and more.

I have spoken at great length about sleeping habits so I will skip that. Interested readers can check my blog posts on https://www.healingheartfully.com/

I wanted to share a little about the other therapies, techniques which are holistic, without side effects and definitely worth a try.
