About Me.

I heartfully believe that the key to happiness, success, or contentment lies in unlocking one’s Self to oneself, and that is my prayer for every person who crosses my path. 

Even after marriage and children (two events that signify ultimate happiness and contentment for most Indian women of my generation), I spent most of my life trying to delve into others’ minds and wonder what they thought about me. This need to be in everyone’s good books did keep me on my best behaviour, but I paid the heavy price of losing my peace of mind. My focus, unfortunately, was always on the outside. At the root of my focus on someone else’s love and attention was my lack of awareness of my own Self. 

This search for Self finally got some closure when I joined The Heartfulness Way, or Sahaj Marg, in 2008. I learned to walk the path that was meant for me, a path on which I competed with myself, pleasing myself, criticizing, and congratulating myself. 

If we all know ourselves, then our life’s journey has a very good chance of reaching its true potential. We all are meant to live a full life and walk toward our true goals. And this is possible only through self-awareness. ​

I will be sharing small articles and blog posts on different Homeopathy medicines and Bach Remedies in case any reader has faith in them and wishes to give them a try or is interested enough to dwell deeper and study these fascinating alternative medicines. As part of being a Holistic healer, I learn about the right food and the right way to cook these foods so that we derive optimum benefit. 

 

I welcome your questions, which I will try and answer to the best of my ability and I look forward to suggestions and areas of improvement that I promise I will truly consider. I will implement them too, based on their merit.

Your journey with me is about you finding your pathway to emotional healing and wellness. My role as a Behavioural Therapist is to help you truly understand yourself, know yourself and find your own answers.  

I am a strong believer in being guided by the heart rather than making futile attempts to control the mind. Thus, my focus and approach invariably tend to guide the person to know the Self better and consistently steer the mind in the direction of the heart. A sequence of understanding the core issues, self-awareness tests and a step by step remedial process interspersed with regular self-checks and evaluation reports set the path for holistic healing.
